Jess is a superstar teacher, and a beautiful soul. Have been going to aerial yoga for a few years, and love every minute of it (well maybe not the Sally lunges ) - definitely keeps me fit, strong and grounded. Highly recommend any of the classes.

Massage- I have been twice and received the best treatment ever. I have never felt more relaxed and comfortable. It was genuinely amazing. Highly recommended!!!

Jess always provides a safe, non-judgmental and mana-enhancing space for all of her clients. Her kind and gentle wairua, coupled with her own special superpower for knowing exactly what you need before you've even walked through her door, has me returning to aerial yoga weekly, where I've been able to gain long-term resilience tools that have helped me to rebuild a connection with myself, learn to trust my own intuition and self-heal through life's challenges. I am grateful for having someone like Jess in my life and wish that so many others will get to experience the magic that is this woman, even just once in their life.
