Fairview Aluminium Whakatane

Tried to get a quote for a small job. Took the measurements but I had to chase up the guys every day for 2 weeks. Still nobody got back to me. There is certainly a reliability issue with these guys.

Couldn't be happier with the service and product we've received from Fairview. Had a complete house lot of windows for a new build, Andy helped and improved our design and are thrilled with his recommendations. Michael fitted our mirrored precision splashback, they've even supplied custom made quality staircase railings at a great price. Got the glass balcony to be made and fitted yet but am confident of yet another quality job.

Fairview Aluminium provided doors and windows for a garage I was renovating into a games room. My builder was more than capable of installing them. However, one of the bi-fold doors had an issue with opening and closing. My builder tried several times to align it up but was, and still is difficult to open. So I rang Fairview and was told that they would send out someone to look at it. Still waiting after many weeks, and covid, has nothing to do with this. So 3 stars for the product, but follow up service not good enough.

The guys at FAIRVIEW are just awesome. This is my second project and delivery is always ahead of time, could not wish for better time management and quality product. Thanks, Norman
