Best experience at this.marae, beautiful venue, excellent kitchen facilities and 2 chillers woohoo, lovely large area Marae atea for children to play, beautiful wharenui and large Wharekai, out in the country so no city noise, our whole group loved the experience there. If I was rich id fix their other oven and build them a Waharoa at the entrance where your waiting for Powhiri, we put up a gazebo for people to wait u der un the sun before the Powhiri. We also had awesome Manaaki from.Stevie Ormsby and the Smiths from.Porikapa rd (sorry forgot your names) who came to show us the ropes on how the gas and everything else.worked etc would love to rebook one day if allowed. The best thing the Marae was that it has Whakapapa to.Mahia where we are from my.mum and her whanau born and.raised The Cottons Charlie and Polly their children Leggy,Rob, Koroua, Pine, Louia, Emma, Riki and My cousin Dolly Boynton raised by my nan and nanny pa :)
