        My sister and I went to this rest home today to clean out our brother's partner's room - she died yesterday. My sister rang yesterday to set up an 'appointment' - this evidently is what is required prior to visiting. Upon arriving we were informed that we could not enter. We were told the room had been 'cleaned down' but despite asking what this meant were not given an answer. They didn't even ask about our vaccination status or passes. No clear reason was given. We had to leave empty handed and tell our brother he couldn't have his partners possessions. He was understandably upset.We have no idea when they will let us in. What an awful way to be treated. Shame on you Fraser Manor
