Bay of Plenty Heat Pumps

Recently obtained quotes for supply and install of a floor standing heat pump (which has been fantastic when used on a few hot humid days). BOP Heat Pumps were the standout with prompt service, very good price, and quick instal. Both the guys were a pleasure to deal with.

The test is always, would I recommend Bop Heat Pumps - YES! Steven was prompt and informative, giving us peace of mind and enough useful information to make a decision. Quoted on the spot and installed within a few days! Love the WiFi, glad I decided to go for it. Was going to give 4 stars because the install was rushed and the installer did not engage and could not get away quick enough, no instruction or even a quick demo. When I asked was told to check YouTube! Pity Steven's friendly and engaging manner is not followed through by his staff. Having said that, the unit is installed well and working as it should. I decided to give 5 stars because overall experience was quick and painless. Hope Steven takes on board and shares his customer service skills to all his staff.

Quoted on the spot, no hidden costs, all discussed on site, so no surprises. In fact the install was better than expected, as found some hidden power behind walls. Had stock and install was completed within the week. Great team to deal with and love the Wi-Fi.
