INCREDIBLE RESULTS!!! I injured my knee approx 3 years ago and have had problems with it ever since. Whenever I would try to run more than about 10-12kms the outside of it would become so painful that I could barely bend it for a day or two afterwards. After my first session I was able run 16kms the next day with literally NO pain the knee whatsoever, and have since been running regularly, including a 24km trail run, the knee feels great. Cannot thank John and the bodytalk system enough and absolutely recommend to anyone with persistent or nagging sports injuries. Thanks.
