I've used Baileys panelworks. Tauranga a few times over the years and have been extremely satisfied with the panel work completed on vehicles. The quotes were subject to availability but I was fortunate that within 2 weeks a date was organized to have insurance repairs done. I didn't hire their courtesy car this time but have done in the past and was aware of the fine print borrowing it. Baileys went the extra mile to ensure the slightly damaged latch had a bit more strengthening. The car was cleaned inside and was presented looking better that before. Always satisfied. Thank you team...helen Another 18 mths later and I needed panel work done at Baileys Panelworks. Again I had excellent service, was given a time frame of when they could do the work, how long it would roughly take and what work would be undertaken. True to form, the job was excellent, a couple of minor issues were addressed plus my car was clean when I collected it. Always impressed and happy with their business. Thanks guys

Strongly recommend any other panelbeater, while my car was being fixed they lent me a courtesy car that was simply unfit for the road. As expected the car stopped working out of nowhere and it had to be towed to the mechanics where I had to pay for the service and the new part. You would imagine that they would apologise and be thankful that I had its old malfunctioning car back to health, but that was far from the case. Not only they refused to pay for the mechanics but also took my brand new installed part as their own and stopped answering my emails. Overpriced GANGSTERS! Service: Body & Trim
