        Loralei made us very welcome and had plenty of good advice. The room was a good size and very comfortable. Really enjoyed using the shower. Breakfast was supplied, we had a fridge, microwave and kettle. Good location for exploring the local area. Thank you Loralei for a lovely stay.

        This is the cutest cosiest B&B. the room is larger than a hotel room and has all the conveniences of a 5 star hotel. Decent sized bathroom, Lounge area & kitchenette, very comfy bed with warm flannelette sheets which is a bonus in the winter. Best of all the service was impeccable... Loralei was so polite and respectful, she was very helpful with info about Tauranga. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at botanical haven it was a well needed haven for us both. Thank you Loralei for all you do for your guest we will definitely be visiting you again the next time we are in NZ .
