Bespoke Construct Ltd built out house in 2022. We are so happy we chose this company to build our home. Of note is our build was not a standard build, it was complex. Alex was always professional, punctual, committed to outcome and set a high standard of quality to our build. If, on a couple of occasions the increased costs had to be passed on to us, Alex immediately communicated the potential cost increase, and quantified it quickly. In several instances I know he absorbed the increased costs. Therefore he kept to budget/quote, with only a couple of very reasonable cost increases. Bespoke Construct staff are well trained, following Alex's high standard on quality and timely delivery. We would very happily recommend Bespoke Construct Ltd for any new build or renovation.

TOPHAM RENOVATION Bespoke Construct recently renovated our beach house to become our permanent home and we are thrilled with the finished result. Alex was brilliant to work and deal with, happily offering solutions, advice and frequently going above-and-beyond what was expected. His professionalism, hardworking ethic, excellent workmanship and attention to detail meant the finish is completed to a high standard even though it was a challenging renovation. His organisational skills ensured completion in a timely manner. As we had to live in the house during the process consideration was shown to us at all times and the site was always kept tidy and liveable. Alexs experience of renovation work was evident and he offered suggestions to find cost effective solutions for unexpected contingencies that occurred. His approachable manner made communication with him very easy and we were well informed and consulted throughout the entire process. It became obvious to us that Alex has a very good working relationship with sub-contractors who he kept well informed and time-coordinated. Alex made himself available to work alongside them to assist and remedy any issues that arose. Alex and his awesome team did house renovations for us. Their workmanship and service was great. He was fantastic starting out with us, especially as I had no clue of process, he helped us along the way hugely. We are really happy with our service and house! We hope to work with Alex and his team again in the future. Thank you guys!
