Chinatown Restaurant

My partner and I went here today. The meal was Luke warm, some of it tasted like it was heated up from the day before, we were very disappointed and the birthday deal was not given, because we had to be a group of four, but it didn't say that on the board outside

Would normally give this restaurant a 4/5 for the excellent hospitality and food choices. However the normally hot Sunday lunch buffet choices on 16 April were cold and we arrived 11.45pm. Also there were people using the same plate for second helpings and serving spoons were in contact with their already used plates. No supervision or signs regarding this. Very off-putting. Still deciding whether to return because of these two points.

One of the few and best all-you-can-eat buffets in Tauranga. Large variety of food, hardly authentic chinese but it should satisfy your tastes. Popular place for large family dinners, often crowded and busy.
