I've sent I can't count how many emails and no response. I have tried to leave voicemail like the website says except they don't have one. Appointment times sent via text were different to ones spoken about. Now I'm getting texts non stop a week after the appointment was rescheduled with no notice. No. You need to respond to the emails or set a time to CALL. I'm trying to find someone who will prioritise my sons needs. Not a group that's almost uncontactable in need.
