In June of 2018 your company sold us a modem and came and installed it for us. Invoice number 0608948. While you were here I gave you an old laptop of mine that I had locked myself out of. It was a Compac with a missing windows button. I have tried over the years to contact you to at least get it back. It had all my kids photos on it and they are now lost forever unless you can actually find it. K Silby. Have attached copy of your invoice which shows your mobile number. You have told me over the time that you will get back to me and haven't which is why I have resorted to asking publicly.
