        Had a new Smartvent system installed in our house Right from the start it never functioned properly. It was reading error codes and only one feature worked. I emailed for it to be repaired . After three visits from there employees the system is still not working. After more emails and phonecalls. Two young boys arrived with attitude and soon left running to Grant blaming me .Saying they cannot deal with me. Now the GM of the maintenance company has to come hold hold their hands to finish the job. Very poor customer service.
