Dave's online training programme was exactly what I wanted! I'm on the 6 week body blast online training & I'm seeing solid results after 3 weeks! I get reminders straight to my inbox every time a session is due, keeps me motivated & the videos show me exactly how to perform each exercise. I cant wait to step up to the 12 week programme and keep improving. Dont even think twice about signing up! Cheers Dave!

At the beginning of 2019 I weighed in at an unhealthy 110 kgs and very much out of shape. I decided after 30 years off the bike to pick up the sport I loved so much but this time with no pressure or having unrealistic expectations. I started with small goals working my way up and increasing my fitness. My brother Steve Newlove mentioned Velofit one day and that I might interested in giving it a go. I started out once every two weeks then increased it to once a week. I had now set myself a goal of competing in the 50 km event of the Whaka 100. It wasn't easy nor should it be but I have no hesitation in my mind that the Wattbike training at Velofit was the game changer for me. With limited time it was all about quality not quantity. Now at 87 kgs I would suggest that anyone thinking about wanting to get fit and enjoying yourself doing it, get in touch with David, he'll help guide you with his expertise and knowledge. I found the sessions that I took at velofit invaluable in helping me with my training for the pioneer mtb race. Dave's knowledge and drive to see us succeed was also a motivating factor in helping me achieve my goals this year. Will definitely be there again next winter
