        One of staff in this shop dont understand much English as I told him what I want for my hair and he completely gave me a wrong haircut. I am embarrassed now i dont wanna go to gym but I respect the hustle and did pay $35 for what I don't want. Ive been here once before and other staff(younger) is actually talented and amazing. Wouldnt recommend the (older) staff who dont understand much English. Overall give this shop a 5/10

        Made an appointment online a week ago went in and the man had no idea and said they only cut men's hair. Funny because my daughter's and I went there a couple months ago and 2 lovely woman were working and was awesome service and cuts. Super unprofessional and embarrassing for my child and myself. Sort it out!
