Battling for last 5 months to get problems fixed and still waiting. The concrete is shabby the building has patchy cladding and we still cant close the door and secure our belongings. A recent try at putting things right has led to the contractor putting a screw through our electrical supply. Would give a zero if I could a 1 star is too good Services: Garage design & building, Flooring

If I could provide Versatile Tauranga with a 0 rating I would . We contracted Versatile to build our Garage last year, and whilst we are more than happy with the finished product , the only people who can be thanked for this is the builder, the manufacturer and ourselves . We basically paid versatile for a product as we project managed the whole thing ourselves, even down to gaining our own certificate of completion from the council, as it would seem they could just no longer be bothered. Im sure there is not enough space in this google review to name all the things we were let down on - but in return for this experience, we will not recommend using Versatile Tauranga to anyone . The owner has 0 customer service skills and no one to project manage - so the whole thing is a sham . Very very disappointed with this franchise - and they will continue to give the Versatile brand a bad name unless something drastic changes . Re response from Versatile head office below - there was no resolution , apology or communication whatsoever received in response to this review .
