I love these Juices - I ordered the 7 day juice plan and it really helped me kick start the detox I needed.

I ordered the 10 pack 1 litre pouch and am so happy with the quality and taste. I ordered the Basic and Glow flavours and love them. Delivery was slow but arrived frozen so no complaints from me, just make sure you allow extra time between orders.

The lack of customer service from this company has me very frustrated. I ordered a juice cleanse 11 days ago and after 5 days sent multiple messages across several platforms with no reply. It was not until I publicly posted on their social media that the order was processed. A glitch from NZ Postal Service saw me receive a delivered report when in fact it had not even left the origin. As the tracking number was provided on a Friday and it stated overnight delivery I had it redirected as I was away for the weekend. Still nothing arrived and I was unable to confirm anything until Monday morning when I called NZ Post customer services who told me the shipment had not even left yet. Due to the redirection they pointed out that this would over ride the overnight service and they suggested I contact the provider to cancel and reschedule a new pick up. I informed the company via email straight away of the situation but no response hence they shipped it as normal despite having been told over the weekend I had requested a redirection. For a delivery worth $500 I find it unsatisfactory that no signature is required. As it stands today is day 11 of no order and 4 days on from shipment. I will not be receiving fresh juices as expected and I still have not heard a word from the company. I cannot in good faith recommend them to others.
