Letterboxes NZ

Letterbox delaminated within weeks. Mark said bad batch of plywood and would replace asap. Still waiting months later and can't be reached by phone or email. Within days of posting this I received replacement letterbox and lots of excuses, box looks the same and constructed the same, it will be interesting to see in 2 months if the quality of the plywood top has been improved. It is a good sign to see that NZ Letterboxes are onboard again and I wish them all the best. I genuinely hate Google reviews, anonymous idiots can post anything but I will update this if Mark requests it again in a month or so

Love the letterbox, its well made and looks the quality. Im picky and did my research, its great to have something different to the run of the mill hardware store letterbox. Fantastic customer service, they helped me colour match to my colourbond fence and shipped to Australia at a very reasonable cost. definitely recommend to friends.
