Following a friend's recommendation, then hearing Tauranga Menswear radio advert about new Chino stock instore, we visited the shop in Greerton this week. Leanne was so helpful in kitting out hubby with suitable options for the colder months. Very impressed with the amazing selection and her friendly service.

Can't say enough about Leanne's professional and honest feedback. Her friendly, disarming demeanor and desire to accentuate the best features could make the more challenged among us look good. Very disappointed with the after care which should be as exceptional as the sale and service of good. Took a singlet back which had misshaped , was washed as instructed and told it was how Id hung it out. Or Id put it in the drier which I dont have a drier . Any how the out come, they phone the manufacturer and said post back the singlet and they will refund. I ended up with a store credit. Didnt feel right as we had spent over $400 therethis afternoon after seeing my review the owner phoned my husband and sorted things out with a refund. NOT a store credit . And we will have to agree to disagree with whos fault it was as I followed the washing instructions to a T.
