        Met Body in Motion team was a life changer. I received great attention from Tom Wilford on the physio department. Also an exceptional coaching from Ian Culpan on the Pilates studio. Great professionals! I was suffering with an severe back pain, that went away after few weeks doing the exercises that they gave me with consistency and hard work. Highly recommended!
