Where do I start? My experience with the psychiatrist was positive. He is obviously a caring man who wants the best for me. Everything else has been poor beyond belief. If this was another kind of business delivering this kind of service, I would have kicked them to touch long ago but I've been held to ransom by the need to work with them for the sake of my mental health. They don't answer phone calls or voice messages. They don't answer emails. If someone does answer the phone you feel like you've won the lottery! One appointment was mis-scheduled and when offered a refund it never happened, but by then I didn't expect it would've been. I've only had one insincere, defensive apology from someone in admin there. This lot couldn't run a bath.

Im really disappointed in the administrative side of this practice. Dr Meldrum was great. But everything this else has been completely plagued with issues. No responses to emails, rude reception, changing bookings with 24 hour notice and now my medication is 5 days delayed with no response whatsoever. Not being able to contact via phone is a huge huge flaw. Especially when you dont answer emails/voicemails.

Apparently even when willing to pay they will reject your referral if it's in the too hard basket. Even though its the ONLY avenue for adult ADHD diagnosis if its "too complicated" they dont want to know you. Good on you Anteris, contributing to the overall mental health problem in this country. I will be telling the media my story and you will be part of it.

My appointment and engagement with Leigh Meldrum was so validating, calm and reassuring. Her approah was clear and convise and I left feeling supported and safe, which is really all you can ask for in this service.
