She was extremely good at what she does, had wat felt like a tear in my shoulder when I walked out of there it was pretty much better. She was real nice and friendly with godd strong hands , it was like going to a chiropractor and masouse at the same time

I have added to this review posted this one below 5 months ago. I have been seeing Tacha fortnightly when levels allow for both shoulder's involving the neck, shoulders and back. The dull pain eventually in both arms and hands. The injuries were sustained through Waka ama and ignoring to stretch before and after paddling. 8 yrs on and during the first lockdown l really began to notice the constant dull aches. I had to give up the sport I loved as it was affecting my work daily. Tacha found the muscle and tendon area's where it all stemmed from and worked fortnightly to rehabilitate and undo my tense and twisted upper body. I am so grateful for her knowledge and skills, bring on summer! I have an appointment with my SUP to get back into the physical form I once took for granted. I cannot recommend Tacha highly enough for giving me "my life back" on and off the water! You are worth your weight in Gold was in desperate need of a good massage for an arm injury and accupucture was not relieving the constant dull ache and pain over the last 5 months. I read Tacha's fantastic reviews. I cannot speak highly enough of the therapeutic massage I experienced. You are simply the best Tacha! I have been to a few therapist s for massage over the year's and your depth of knowledge and expertise is evident. Nga mihi, I will recommend you to bopdhb colleagues. See you next week
