I have completed a first aid course in June 2022, tutor did an excellent job with the information provided for course. its been a month I am still waiting for my course certificate and they keep making excuses, not recommending if you need to get the certificate in urgency.

Upon arrival for my course, i was immediately surprised that this Health & Safety training facility actually had zero mask usage, despite information from them that masks were required, as well as signs on their entry doors confirming this. My trainer & classmates, squashed into a container room, were all maskless, contrary to current strong medical & govt advice. Tired of hearing my trainer's misinformed mantra "Your health, your responsibility" with regards mask wearing, I called him out on it. He then asked me to explain masks to the class, & when I started to, he kicked me out! His attempt to embarrass me failed, as I was just bewildered by this misogynist bully. (His manager quite quickly told me to go back in) The whole experience was very stressful and upsetting, and also concerning. I will never return to this company.

I've got first aid course with Heidi and was amazing teaching how to do CPR or how to manage emergency situations. She's motivate and excellent professional. Also, she used real stories which is perfect to make a real scenario. The amenities are good and also they have a lot of good materials to show for first aiders. Thanks heaps.
