        My heat pump decided it didn't want to work any more so, on advice from a friend, I gave these guys a ring. First good thing was that a human answered the phone and was very friendly and helpful. Promptly a man called Sam arrived and did a quick diagnosis and worked out the parts needed. A couple of days later and Sam was back and within a short time the heat pump was purring like a kitten. Great service with a very good team. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.
