Such a pleasure to do business with a firm with strong ethical values. Personal telephone communications (No computerized answering stuff). Courtesy, promptness and no pushy sales stuff. I received an on site visit at my home in Waihi and was thoroughly and professionally advised of my options for new heat pumps to replace my two sixteen year old Fujitsu units which had given good service but getting a little tired. After extensive research and listening to sound advice I decided on two Daikin pumps to replace them. Within a week they were being installed by two very quiet and efficient competent practitioners. No loafing around just got on with things and did the job cleaning up after them leaving not a single piece of rubbish behind. The new units were installed and the old ones taken away, no dust or drama. First class workmanship. As for the products themselves, I will fully know by winter's end but my initial experience are very good leaving me optimistic for a cosey winter. My congratulations to Tim and Gaye for conducting a business with sould ethical and competent values, a rare attribute these days. My congratulations alo to Brendon and Levai who installed my units. Competent, professional and really nice guys to have working around the house. 100 percent happy.
