I sent my car in to have the engine cleaned, alternator replaced and a diagnostic given on the future work needed. The car has been returned to me with a radiator hose completely snapped off and when brought up with the shop, they have claimed no responsibility and left me without a vehicle to move around in, I am unable to even attempt to sell due to it being unsafe to drive until the radiator gets replaced. They show little to no remorse and as such I am writing this review. Take better care of your customers! Id planned to book them in future but now I would advise anyone against due to their unprofessional nature. My account was paid 4 days before pick up and when I arrived I was asked to provide payment ? My covers weren't even put back on under claim they couldn't figure out what bolts went where. If they are unable to see damage they themselves caused, confidently bolt plastic covers back on or even observe a payment in their bank statement I would have no faith in their ability to provide a reliable service. Sorry to leave such a scant review but no one should have to repeat this experience.
