        Worst instore experience, went in to verify I.D for a new account and was told I needed to have physical forms of the account to have my I.D verified..even though I had shown an email of the account and access number I was there to verify I.D for. I told the lady I was told by a kiwibank representative that my I.D could be verified there but she had turned me away and told me I would have to go to Whakatane Kiwibank to have I.D verified there because apparently Kawerau Kiwibank is just a franchise. I left the store feeling horrible and had a breakdown. Will never return there ever again.
