        My dog has stayed several times at Menagerie previously so when we were moving to Australia, my cats stayed there for 5 weeks while we organised our housing. The facilities are always spotless and well ventilated (important during summer) and the cat play area is perfect. Sven, Dewi and staff are so good with the animals. My cats arrived to us in Australia in great condition and stress-free. I highly recommend Menagerie for any boarding needs.

        Excellent service. We are from Rotorua and they were the only ones with space leading up to Christmas. Was able to see our dog through their Facebook page. I got to choose our dogs pen and she was well looked after. We will be traveling the 35 minutes in the future from Rotorua for further stays. It was clean and spacious with large exercise yards.
