        Seems like what they show on the website is not In stock. Its not the first time, I bought something online and turned up its not in stock they have to get it deliver from somewhere else. Next time I will record it and take it to court to repay for my petrol, time wasting, and false advertisement.

        Bought a $800 coffee machine that had been previously returned, at the counter I asked if it had everything the guy said yes and I asked if it was clean and he said yes got home opened it and it had coffee beans all through it milk splatters and missing 3 parts very very disappointed. Customer service was awful as-well the man was very short with me.

        Appalling lack of service in store. Was in store searching for 35 minutes (store wasn't busy)for what i needed before I was appoached with a blas offer of help. Then upon that this customer rep was out right rude and not helpful in the slightest. I booked and paid for a in home tech support, unfortunately had to postpone, the process to re book was painful and not straightforward in the slightest. Was treated like i was the inconvenience. Step it up guys, you will not be getting my next order.
