I switched from 2 degrees to One NZ almost 2 weeks ago and what a horrible mistake, it's been problem after problem since. I've been in different stores 3 times and one the phone with them like 10 times, having to wait on hold over half an hour every time, and after that whole nightmare I'm still having issues. So braze yourself for a week for your number to be moved, another week of your data not working, and if you thought you'd receive 5GB of data for free for moving your number with them, forget about that, it's a scam. I surely miss the 2 Degrees service after all of that.

Vodafone your guys customer service has to be the worst I have ever seen I never leave reviews but I have been so dissapointed. What happened was I wanted to come into the store to get an new number because the number Vodafone gave me when I got my new sim was still active and have been receiving calls and text me constantly from place asking if Im Patrick because of my job I travel a lot and cant get in during regular hours. The times Im working locally I go in on my lunch break which is an hour I head into the crossing as its the closets store to my work base two times I was not able to be serverd with in the 35 min I have to be in the store I then ring up Vodafone cant be transferred to your store to make a time to come in this service is an absolute joke

We are of the older vintage. We would like to thank Stephen for his 1st class service today. He was polite, interested in what we wanted, and made sure we understood. It made buying a replacement phone enjoyable .
