        Order places in store for collection from store. Charged a transport fee.. 1. Tried numerous times over a couple of days to contact shop to see if order had arrived. 2. Unable to leave a message on answer recording. 3. Drive 30kms to collect order. Told the Shires Equinox no longer available I can get a Kiwi cover instead still charged freight for the order. No apology. It should be an enjoyable experience shopping for your hobby.
