        I got a message for pickup with invoice number when I went there to pick it up the lady on the front office said I cant pick it up as they are running out of staff as some truck broke and his manager left the work place . I was not allowed to pick the tv for which I paid around 5k . After calling customer service from the store no decision was taken on it . Very unethical and unacceptable behaviour . Worst service ever . Wasted my 2 hours .

        Directions to find is a bit difficult as there are no proper guidance to find it, shares space with another facility, very small signage to indicate where they are Staff friendly and eager to help to get you on your way with no delay
