Stay Curious

The hours I have spent working with Terri, have been the most valuable of my life. Not only did we form a trusting, patient relationship, but she slowly guided and thought me how to feel again! Sessions with Terri have been, and still are the most liberating and empowering experience of my healing journey Would recommend Terri to everyone who wants to explore or gain a deeper insight. And to be or stay curious indeed!

Terri is a super kind and skilled ally who can help you to safely navigate through hazy emotional landscapes. Even after decades of working on myself she's been able to guide me towards new insights regarding the misguided foundations of my self belief. Most significantly, in this process I have always felt supported and unconditionally loved. You would be lucky to work with such a caring and curious human!

The first time I spoke with Terri I was taken with her capacity to hold space for where I was at and what I needed to look at; it made me feel safe, seen and to be able to fully attend to what was coming up for me. I have worked with many practitioners over the years across a range of modalities and one thing I havent found easy to find is someone who can truly hold space for where youre at and what emotion may be present in a way that feels like a totally safe and unconditional container. I was so grateful to find this in Terri. She is perceptive and intuitive, and incredibly present. She is able to help navigate all the pieces and make sense of what can feel messy or unclear. As a coach myself, I'm very grateful for these capacities in Terri that help me grow myself.
