The girls at The Crossing have helped us over the past 5 years and gave us confidence knowing our travel arrangements were well organised and up to our expectations. We cannot recommend Hayley and the team from HOT at the Tauranga Crossing enough. We found Hayley to be extremely professional and knowledgeable with our trip we booked to the UK. Hayley also went above and beyond when my husband fell sick while we were overseas and not able the travel home on the date booked. Hayley was a true advocate for us when it came to dealing with our insurance company and rescheduling our flights home. This is definitely the reason you should book through HOT for piece of mind, especially when things dont quite go to plan. They even have a 24hr service meaning you can talk to one of the team in emergency situations, which we had to use due to the time difference. Thanks so much again to Hayley and team. Truly grateful
