The wonderful lady I drop my towels off to in Greeton is absolutely amazing! So kind and her work ethic is great, we now always have a good laugh when I come in. The management team (her boss) however are awful. Very reactive to problems that could easily be solved, clearly do not know how to deal with face to face customers, extremely rude. I would not recommend working with this company on a larger scale. Money focused, not staff or customer focused.
