        Twice I have come to this store to renew my contract and upgrade my phone, twice the service has been appalling. The first trip, the (male) rep would only ask questions to and look at my partner regardless of the fact that it was MY purchase and I knew exactly what I wanted. The second trip the sales assistant couldn't have seem less interested if she tried, two other reps were talking badly about a customer who had just left right next to us and to top it off the phone I was told was in stock to order and would be shipped within a week is completely sold out country wide and I can't get an ETA on when I'm receiving my new device. Don't come here, go to the Bayfair store. The level of customer service and competency is miles ahead.

        Absolutely useless service.....couldn't even explain what GB or MB were to us... Didn't know anything about the contracts they are promoting....walked off and left us. This was at the Tauranga Crossing...in no uncertain terms we made sure to tell them of the bad service (done without a scene)
