        I rang the company to look at repairing a chair for me and they said they would check on parts and price and call me back that afternoon... No return call and required me ro chase them again . Not good for the customer if your customer service doesn't match your reputation. Always get back to the customer when you promise to or let them k ow it is going to take longer!!!

        Had a broken leg on a leather and woodframed dining chair. Jeff looked at immediately and had it fixed within 2 days. Great workmanship - chair as good as new. Very reasonable price. Cheers - Mike and Julie.
