To the older lady that wears glasses you are so rude and snobby. You should not treat people-potential CUSTOMERS like they are an inconvenience to your life. I asked if there was a couple of games available to get ordered in (not including the 3 games i had in my hand to purchase and i was being very polite) and she was huffing and puffing like the dragon she was and getting annoyed at my request. So i walked away. Fact-you just let hundreds of dollars walk out your door because your attitude problem.

It's okay for the store, I'd rather go to bayfair and order anything they didn't have to my house as tauriko is out of the way for me to drive to. I love that it's a zing store, bit more to look at.

I personally disagree with this store they scammed me I bought a $30 voucher and when I go to redeem it, it says unavailable. I feel scammed and request a refund

I brought a nintendo switch game online it was "pre-owned" it was 13$ off the brand new price. unfortunately to my discovery, the game was missing its instruction manual (not mentioned in the sale). So I contacted them to ask if it came with one or if I could get one. They replied that it comes how it is and they cant help rectify this. Be wary of buying goods from EB Games and make sure you check before you walk out of the store with your items, as in my case they were less then satisfactory.
