Terrible first experience with the Rotorua mountain bike shuttles, had been waiting for an hour and a half for a shuttle with no communication as to why. The workers were extremely rude to riders who were understandably frustrated.

Appalling communication over the weekend as a school competition was on and therefore was an hour and half wait for shuttles. Staff were incredibly rude and unaccomadating to everyone waiting. No signage, no verbal communication when purchasing tickets and no social media posts.
