Ambassador Thermal Motel

Absolutely disgusting and dirty, mould everywhere, it was growing out of the shower head too. Spiders in every corner, the doona smelt like it hadnt been washed in weeks, the blinds where covered in black ( probably mould also ) the carpet was disgusting and little bugs crawling around. Stay far away, no clue how the averaging rating is 4 stars on here.

The room was very dirty and there was trash on the ground in the bedroom. It seemed like the room hadnt been cleaned for a very long time prior to our stay. We found a roach in the bedroom along with many other bugs. When we mentioned the roach to the front desk, he said they were german roaches and that they already knew about them. Wouldnt recommend staying here at all! Were told we would get a refund and have received no further communication about it despite multiple times of reaching out. Great location but not worth the price for the condition the rooms are in.

We booked a 1 bedroom suite and when we got there told there was a problem with the heating and we where being moved to a room with the 2 beds together in the same room. Which was totally Unsuitable As I was getting up very early and didn't want to disturb my daughter. The bedroom she slept in was ok But the lounge area was so hot I had to have the door open all night. The floor in the kitchen was so hot you had to wear shoes. It was also very dirty and dusty Safety: I felt unsafe as I had to have the door open all night
