I took my giant to the guys at my ride to have the dropper post replaced,I have been on it the same day it was replaced,I cant thank you all enough for the prompt,professional job you did,also letting me know the cost before you started.I was also thrilled that nothing else was touched that didnt need doing as this has happened with another buisiness in Rotorua.Love you guys for giving me my hobbie back. Sam, Dave, Daniel and the team at My Ride have given me years of great service. They are always onto it, friendly and respectful. They are super experienced and skilled and I am always pleased with the work done. The guys are always good for some banter and convo about all things bike. 100% confident recommendation!

Came in needing some emergency repairs after a fall during tye volcanic epic. The most friendly and knowledgeable staff I have dealt with at a bike shop. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The range is entirely MTB, not road, but the staff were amazing. I went in for a few parts, and shared a story of my bike not arriving from overseas, with a race tomorrow. One staff member offered to help by putting out a call for a bike to borrow, workshopped times when I could work on my bike (if it arrived), and was genuinely as helpful as could possibly be imagined. Prices seemed to be competitive with the large chain stores, so I'd make this the first port of call.
