I've been a loyal customer of Telfer Marine Rotorua for years, and they've always provided high-quality parts and accessories, excellent communication, and competitive pricing. Recently, I purchased a brand new boat that was delayed during the manufacturing process and arrived a week before Christmas - the worst possible time of the year. I needed some fit-out work completed as soon as possible, and unfortunately, Telfer Marine Rotorua was fully booked. So, I had to turn to another shop at Lake Okaraka. However, the workmanship from the other shop was not up to par, and the other shop at Lake Okaraka lacked integrity and honesty, which was a huge disappointment when the install turned pear shaped and faults developed. I needed to find someone to fix the issues, and that's when I turned back to Telfer Marine Rotorua. They were able to fit me in despite their high demand, and they provided excellent communication, workmanship and competitive pricing for the high-quality parts, accessories and fitment. The team's knowledge, friendliness, integrity, and honesty exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend Telfer Marine Rotorua for all your boating needs in Rotorua.
