I've never been left disappointed with anything I have purchased here. The bubble tea is so good! The brown sugar milk is absolutely divine. I knew I liked fruit bubble tea that uses black tea but didn't think I would like the green tea version.. I was wrong.. Definitely worth a try for anyone doubting that they would like it. You might be surprised

I ordered a strawberry milktea but they gave me Taro. Its still hot and way too sweet. I asked to get it changed, they ignored. Didnt get to finished, want refund bc way too expensive for something I didnt ordered. - Sorry about my wording. Its rather warm than cold, way too sweet for my taste and a bit expensive. The staff (idk if it was a girl or a boy) took another costumers order when I was asking for it to get changed ISNT that a form of ignorance?

Please make a teariffic in Sydney!!!! You could charge $15 for your product if you make them exactly how theyre made in NZ. Soooo gooodddd!!!! I have read people noting that the products are expensive which is ridiculous!! Come to australia..youll pay more than what you pay at rotaz teariffic for less than a quarter of the taste and quality:/
