I was recommended Property Inspect BOP (Brendon Kenny) by just about every real estate agent in Rotorua when I was trying to buy a property in Rotorua. Brendon was fantastic to deal with, communication was excellent and the price for the comprehensive report was cheaper and better than other companies. The report also helped me considerably at the negotiation table and after the property transaction had been completed. Easily the best property inspector in Rotorua!

Sara is pleasant to chat too and arrange an inspection. The Safe & Sound inspection and report were arranged, completed and delivered in 3 days. Report showed all the relevant parts of the property. I would happily use Property Inspect BOP again!

I was very satisfied with the expertise shown by Brendon Kenny. The building report for my new home was thorough and included photos of the inspection with good telephone follow up should any queries arise. I can recommend Property Inspect if you want a detailed, honest job done to give you the confidence desired when considering buying a house.
