Trued calling to place an order for a birthday and they didn't pickup x 3 times in 15 minutes, on all occasions they picked up and hung up on me,

Candy land cake advertising as blue and purple. For a boys birthday and got a pink cake. Was told nothing they can do thats as close as the baker can do and that its very similar. Pink and purple are not the same. Also when ordering cake we asked if it can be made to look like the advertised cake as the one in the display case was missing a lot of the toppings. Owner told worker to write it on the instructions. This was done as it was clearly the on our receipt. This was not done also. Really annoyed my 8 year old son now has a pink cake! For the price they charge you would think they would make certain you get what you pay for. The owner was very rude on phone when we called them. Go to countdown cakes are just as good. Way bigger and a lot cheaper

Very disappointed with the service . I went in store and emailed the store a month a head an asked for a specific cake 3-4 days before my event I emailed again confirming the order the reply was so slow if I didnt get a reply I had to email again anyway they said they could make the cake ready for pick up Monday at 5 I messaged day before got no reply I message on the day got no reply my partner called them an they couldnt find my order they eventually found it an said it will be ready 5pm my partner went down an they came out with a completely different cake to what I asked for they just grabbed a cake from the cabinet an said the one who made it left . The night before our event which was for 30 kids . How bloody shocking wont be back an will recommend others to buy from small business cake owners Name was haiyan
