        totally misleading sales techniques and unwilling to resolve issues. Once sold (even if not suited to purpose) refuse to resolve issue .Worst customer (30 plus yrs)experience with any business

        Im from Perth Australia visiting family here in NZ. We bought a SIM card and a hotspot unit from a Vodafone store here in NZ wont mention the store and were sold items that were not compatible and didnt work. We were just driving through Rotorua and found their local Vodafone store, went in and dealt with Ty the assistant manager. Ty was absolutely on point and fantastic to deal with. He worked out what we were sold was not compatible and sorted it out then and there and in a few minutes it was all working and connected, rectifying some one elses mistake, Thats excellent service. I would highly recommend Ty if you go into the Store. In Australia I dont think they would have helped like that. Well done Ty, thank you and you an asset to your store. Keep up the great work and hopefully you can be a manager of a store too. kids are happy too they can get online and stay quiet
