Caf was nice and clean. Was a pleasant time considering those places are usually chaos!

Always good to bring my kids along to chipmunks and know where they are instead of outside in a playground. My boys love it there

Why don't we have one of these in the Hawkes Bay, kids loved it and for a whole $25 for our two 3 year olds for as long as you like you can't go wrong. Service was polite and with a smile. Healthy food options like mini sandwiches cut fruit and a Keri or water drink for the kids and gourmet burgers for us. Facilities were clean and tidy. Gave it a 5 because it is worth the money, indoors and service top notch.

Extremely tiny space all cramped together, way too crowded, needs a cap on amount of people at a time. Dirty tables and floors and everything about it looked dated. Staff were standing around chatting instead of cleaning tables which people needed to use. Adults have no regard for little kids and seem to think it's ok to jump on slides and equipment ahead of small children, staff should be enforcing no adults on bouncy castle slide... super disappointed, left after 30 minutes of being there so was a waste of money. Even my 4 year old said she didn't want to go back on the same day as staff said we can always come back later in the day. We live in Auckland and have been to many other chipmunks there which have much better standards. Edit: we weren't there on the weekend it was on a Friday morning.
