        Purchased a suitcase from this retail store at a cost of $429.00 on 16 August 2019. Used it twice within NZ. Teeth on both zips have deteriorated poorly. Took suitcase into the store whereby manager was present. He informed me the guarantee does not cover zip only the suitcase. In a very disruptive voice I informed the young girl at the counter Addiction business platform has no integrity to honour purchase. I bought it in good faith that it was of quality for that price. Manager kept talking over the top of me threatening to call the Police with a trespass order placed on me. I advised him I was happy to wait for NZ Police however he told me to leave his store. Phoned C.A.B with advice to file a claim for compensation through the Disputes Tribunal. Under the Consumers Guarantee Act I am entitled to a refund. The manager dud not offer any compensation at all. Shocking customer service by the manager. The young girl at the counter did apologise. I will be blacklisting redflag this retail store via Facebook.
