        I went in for a overseas driving license conversion and was sent away 5 times before a staff could process the application. No one is ever available to answer the phone calls. Only one person in the whole town is trained to process these applications and is usually very busy with the work load. I had to take time off work 6 times to align with their times of 8.30am till 3pm for licensing. Being the only service providers AA should do better.
