Katie is so incredibly talented. She did the flowers for our daughter's wedding last week end. Katie listened to what our daughter wanted and then created the most beautiful bouquet which suited the wedding dress and the outdoor location absolutely perfectly. I could not have dreamed up a better combination of textures, colours and overall affect. She also made us the most gorgeous buttonholes: Once again so appropriate for the particular occasion. Not only did Katie create the most outstanding floral work but she worked on the statutory days so we could have them all fresh for January 2nd. I highly recommend Katie for her amazing talent and service. I will be using her whenever I can. Just trust Katie and you cant go wrong. Thank you Katie for the most beautiful bouquet and button holes.

Katie is amazing her talent with creating a beautiful bunch of joy is outstanding she is efficient and her pricing is very reasonable. I go to her for any sort of occasion that comes up and she caters to exactly what it is she also delivers which is super helpful. Highly recommend her and the other staff are super friendly

I am located in the USA but wanted to find a florist, local to the Rotorua area, in order to send a surprise to my best friend (who is currently contending with major life stressors). Thankfully, I stumbled across the website, for Rotorua Florist, and was extremely impressed with the unique selection and quality, of their products, especially given the reasonable price points that they offer! Ultimately, I chose a gift crate, for my friend, consisting of a dried "forever rose"/floral arrangement, rose quartz crystals, and a matching candle. Pink roses carry a significant, personal meaning, for my friend. Additionally, she and I bonded over our shared love of the esoteric--crystals, astrology, etc; thus, I felt that this box would be perfect, containing items that she would both appreciate and treasure. Since I am on the other side, of the world, I was concerned about ensuring that my same-day delivery request would be honored. However, when I reached out to the business, for a status update, I received a kind and comprehensive response, from an employee named Nellie. She reassured me that my item was already on the delivery van, en route to my friend, and even offered to contact the courier, to provide me with information, regarding an ETA and confirmation of the delivery. I was absolutely thrilled with the competence and warmth shown to me, by Nellie, and can confidently say that it is the best customer service I've ever received! When my friend saw the gift, she was so touched by its beauty, as well as the deep, personal significance behind my choice of arrangement that she was brought to tears! This is a testament to the excellence that Rotorua Florist exhibits, in all aspects of their business practices, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! My overall experience was both pleasant and seamless, from start to finish. If you are ever in need of a florist, in the Rotorua area, this is the only shop you need patronize! I promise that neither you, nor your chosen recipient, will be disappointed. I am, certainly, looking forward to working with Rotorua Florist, again, at a future date!
